Custom USB Sticks create a lasting impression

The advantage of a USB stick being reusable is the opportunity of keeping your brand under your customer's nose, long after it has fulfilled its original purpose.

Here are a number of ideas to help set your USB sticks apart from the others:

1. Branding

This can be achieved with...
  • Screen Printing – Sticks can be screen printed in up to 4 spot colours. Perfect for company/product logos that only use pantone colours.
  • Domed labels – a CMYK image is printed on a label which is covered with a protective, hard wearing resin. When dried it has a rubbery feel with a clear domed appearance. The label is then applied to a recessed area on the drive.
  • Etching – The logo is etched into the metallic side of the stick giving a subtle, classy look - ideally suited to a lifestyle or designer type brand.
2. Colour & Colour Matched Casing

Many styles of USB sticks have a coloured plastic casing and these are usually available in a range of colours. But if a specific colour is important, it's possible to match the colour of the plastic to a Pantone reference. Combined with a screen printed logo, the results can look amazing.

3. Shaped USB Sticks

These are becoming increasingly popular, particularly for marketing agencies promoting corporate clients and major campaigns. The flash memory is encased within a shaped outer, with the lid forming part of the design. There are standard shapes, such as credit cards or wristbands (which can be printed), and bespoke designs can be manufactured to order. Not only can they be shaped they can also use coloured materials to help define the effect.

4. Packaging & Accessories

There are a huge range of packaging alternatives for USB sticks, from standard card presentation boxes, to hinged polypropylene boxes with foam inserts and even tins - depending on your budget of course. The sticks can also be supplied with accessories such as keyrings and lanyards (which can also be branded!).

5. Duplication

As well as supply the USB sticks, we are able to pre-load your data onto them. Duplication times are dependant on the amount of data that needs to be copied, our machines currently transfer data at around 5MB/second. We are also happy to duplicate USB sticks that you supply, although we are unable to guarantee the quality of these.

Typically a USB stick order takes around 10 working days from order through to delivery, however these times can vary slightly. More accurate turnaround times can be given prior to placing your order.
