We are excited to be exhibiting, for the 2nd time,
at this years Print for Business Exhibition at the
Birmingham NEC on the 16-18th September.
At the 2007 show we announced the installation of
2-Print, our high
speed digital CD and DVD printer. This machine
has proven to be a huge success over the last year
printing over ½ million impressions since
October.
Building on this we took a decision to upgrade the
2Print machine software to enable unique serial
numbering on each disc. The disc serialisation can be printed with logos
and images onto blank or duplicated discs. This
service is generally used by organisations needing
to identify and catalogue individual discs, for
example software developers and public services
such as the Police and NHS.
When asked the reason for attending the 2008 exhibition,
Steve Bridson the Sales and Marketing Director said,
"The show was a great success for us last year.
We were initially unsure as to how we would be received,
however the contacts we made have been hugely beneficial,
plus we more than covered our costs!"
We are also intending to showcase
different CD and DVD packaging alternatives.
Steve Bridson explains, "We deal with a lot
of agencies and they are always looking to package
media in new and innovative ways. The great advantage
of an exhibition such as this is that it gives us
the opportunity to show people face to face the
options available to them."
