thousands of USB sticks? No Problem!
"Can you copy 15,000 USB sticks if we supply
the sticks?" came the telephone call, and within
a couple of days we had 7 huge pallets dropped at
the door!
The sticks were part of a direct mail campaign for
the release of a new car and we were given 3 weeks
to complete the order.
"The most difficult and labour intensive part
of this job was taking the sticks out of their packaging,"
said 4B production manager, Tony Hart. "Luckily
they didn't have to go back into the boxes, so the
contents were separated and the boxes collapsed,
so it could all be disposed of responsibly."
The copying went smoothly and we averaged about
2000 sticks a day (plus a couple of evenings) to
make sure the deadline was met.
"Thank you to everyone for a job very well
done," commented our client. "It was quite
a challenge and I’m very impressed with the
effort and professional attitude shown by 4B."
